Measuring & Recording Tissue Paper Dust on Paper Machines & Converting Assets on May 5. This deploys a Class 2 laser to measure fugitive dust levels off paper machines and converting assets. This now allows a means to measure progress as changes in pulp furnish, refining, chemistry, doctor blades, enzymes and other technologies that either increase or decrease the level of fugitive paper dust. Each reading is time stamped and allows comparison between grades, paper machines, converting assets and trials.
