Mr. Lawrence Miller advises Pulmac in areas of the organization, governance, and business development. He is an independent strategy and operations consultant, and executive coach. He brings experience in business and government in the areas of rapid scaling, project and crisis management, organizational development, and personal development, to help organizations and individuals create change. He was the founder of Otter Creek Brewing, served Vermont as Secretary of the Agency of Commerce and Community Development, and then as Chief of Health Reform from 2011 through 2016.
