The Moisture Balance100 (MB100) is a rapid, repeatable weight loss moisture balance specifically tuned to optimize MasterScreen™ sample testing. Obtaining the consistency of sample to be tested is required to generate repeatable contaminant information. The MB100 generates rapid, oven dried weights for filter paper and pulp samples, in consort with a speed dryer. If gramametric results are desired, the MB100 is used to generate the oven dried weight results on the rejects and/or accepts generated by the MasterScreen™. The MB100 reduces tester contact time and increases the accuracy and repeatability of generating moisture free weight data.
